Post Harvest
Black grass jelly harvested when it mature enough, just right before it blooms the stem is trimmed from the plant keeping the essential minerals and vitamin with it. Then, it’s transferred to drying station and spread on a canvas layer to achieve maximum dry level. After the drying process, the farmers clean and sort leaves and stems. Our supplier use a wood moisture meter to maintain the dry quality of our final product.
